Return and Refund Policy
1. No Returns or Exchanges for Customer Choice Issues
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- incorrect size selected by the customer
- incorrect color selected by the customer
- buyer's remorse
- change of mind
- preference-based issues
- orders placed by mistake
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:
- damaged
- defective
- misprinted due to a manufacturing issue
- materially different from what you ordered due to fulfillment error
please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
To request review, email:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos showing the problem
Resolution
If the claim is approved, we may provide, at our discretion:
- a replacement, or
- a refund
In most cases, return of the item will not be required.
3. Lost Packages
If your order has not been delivered, please contact us after the following windows:
- Domestic U.S. orders: after 30 calendar days from shipment
- International orders: after 45 calendar days from shipment
Lost package claims must be submitted within 7 days after the applicable period ends.
Before contacting us, please:
- verify your shipping address was entered correctly
- check the tracking details
- contact the carrier if appropriate
- check whether the package was left with a neighbor, parcel locker, or pickup location
4. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If an order cannot be delivered because the shipping address entered by the customer was incorrect or incomplete, we are not obligated to issue a refund or free replacement. If a reshipment is possible, additional charges may apply.
5. Refused Deliveries / Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or not collected from a pickup point, we are not obligated to issue a refund or replacement at our expense.
6. Order Changes and Cancellations
Because our products are made to order, requests to cancel or modify an order cannot be guaranteed once the order has been submitted for production. If you need help, contact us immediately at coastalliving@asburyshark.com. If production has already begun, cancellation or modification may not be possible.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we have an opportunity to review the issue and attempt resolution under this policy.
