Shipping Policy

At Asbury Shark, each item is made to order. This means your order is produced specifically for you after purchase.

1. Order Processing

Orders go through two stages: Production and Shipping.

Production typically takes 2–7 business days depending on the product type and print provider. Once shipped, delivery times vary by destination:

Domestic (U.S.): Estimated 3–7 business days after shipment
International: Estimated 10–30 business days after shipment, depending on country and carrier

Production and shipping times may vary due to product type, order volume, destination, carrier performance, holidays, or peak periods. All timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. We may offer promotions or temporary shipping offers from time to time. Any such offer applies only as stated at the time of purchase.

3. Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, you will receive tracking information once your item has shipped. Please note that tracking updates may take time to appear after shipment.

4. Delays

Shipping and production delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs processing, high seasonal demand, supply chain disruptions, or fulfillment partner delays. If we become aware of a material delay affecting your order, we may contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is delayed, returned, or undeliverable because the address provided was incomplete or incorrect, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order at our expense. If reshipment is possible, additional charges may apply.

6. Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at coastalliving@asburyshark.com. Claims for lost packages must be made within the timeframes described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Domestic U.S. orders: 30 days from shipment date
International orders: 45 days from shipment date

7. International Orders

We ship to 67+ countries worldwide. Delivery times vary significantly by country and carrier. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other destination-country fees unless otherwise stated. Asbury Shark is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

8. Delivery Estimates

Any shipping estimate displayed on our site, at checkout, or in order communications is an estimate only, not a guarantee of delivery by a specific date.
