Asbury Shark is operated by Asbury Shark LLC.

2. Products All Asbury Shark products are made to order through our fulfillment partner. Product colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on screen due to monitor settings and print processes. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders and Payment By placing an order, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
• You are of legal age to make purchases in your jurisdiction

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or errors in pricing.

4. Pricing All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout where required by law.

5. Production and Fulfillment Because our products are made to order, production begins shortly after your order is placed. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

6. Shipping Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Asbury Shark is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds All sales are subject to our [Refund Policy], which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer choice issues. Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

8. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including logos, graphics, product designs, and text — is the property of Asbury Shark LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asbury Shark LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

10. Dispute Resolution If you have a concern, please contact us first at coastalliving@asburyshark.com. We will make a good faith effort to resolve any issue before it escalates. Any disputes not resolved informally shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
